Jevon Tyrese Fletcher, 26, of New Haven, was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of murder with exceptional circumstances, and risk of injury, West Haven police said Tuesday, Feb. 18. He was being held on a $3 million bond.
Investigators identified the victims as Fletcher's 19-year-old girlfriend, Hailey Miller, and their 2-year-old son, who were found stabbed to death inside a Meloy Road apartment in West Haven on Saturday, Feb. 15.
